Driving licence fees

Central fees for a learner’s licence, the test, issue, and renewal.

These are the central fees under rule 32 of the Central Motor Vehicles Rules, as published by Parivahan. They apply in every state. The office can add a user charge, and a smart-card licence can add a further charge.

The amount on Sarathi at the time of payment is the one that applies. This site does not collect the fee.
